Listings must be accurate and reflect genuine businesses for sale. Misleading content, scams, or non-business listings will be removed and the associated accounts suspended.
Credits & refunds
Ad credits are non-refundable once redeemed and expire 12 months from purchase. Unredeemed credits from a cancelled subscription do not roll over. Broker subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and continue until the end of the paid month.
Enquiries & conduct
Enquiry contact details are provided for legitimate buyer–seller communication only. Harvesting contact details, sending spam, or misrepresenting your identity is prohibited.
